Hi,
ReplyDeleteSome users of this phone are complaining about it's hanging problem. I am looking forward to buy this phone. Please advice.
Hi Ravi,
ReplyDeleteI have tried this phone hands on and haven't had any lags or latency in response, though it could be an issue with the device itself and might be I just tried it for too little period of time, but if many users are complaining about it, it is to be considered. The specifications of Grand are quite good and it should not be encountering any lags. Still, if you are looking for a higher mid end smartphone and are concerned with its issue, their are many other options available. iPhone 4, Lumia 820 and HTC evo 3d, all are good phones. under 25K. Nokia has also launched its new Lumia 720 at 19K.
any one can help me about this mobile features, battery backup, display, applications and any drawbacks is there because i am gong to buy this mobile in short time
ReplyDeleteHi Balaji, yes this phone is a good buy but I just want you to consider few points,
ReplyDelete1.) Samsung has already launched many new models after this phone and will continue to do so Such as S3 mini and others.
2.) The current price of Grand is around 19K, and Samsung has already launched Samsung Galaxy Grand Quattro for about 16K.
So, the final choice is yours, but yes, the phone is a good choice in this price with lucrative EMI options these days from Samsung.
Hello,
ReplyDeleteCould anyone please help me to choose the right one phone, I’m
confused between Micromax A116 Canvas HD
and Samsung Galaxy Grand Duos phone
for last few days..both are having almost same specification and functions..not
able to conclude which one would be the better choice to buy, as someone suggest
Samsung as its having brand value...but others suggest same features having in
Micromax A116.
I would like to known if any other big difference are there in both this.
Please let us know your valuable suggestion.
Thanks.
Hi Ramesh,
ReplyDeleteWhile the Galaxy Grand Duos scores in the design, camera and software features, the A116 Canvas HD outperforms its opponent in the performance and display sections (5 inches, 720 x 1280 pixels of Canvas as compared to 5 inches, 480 x 800 pixels of Galaxy Duos), and these are the vital aspects of a smartphone buying decision. The biggest disappointments for the Galaxy Grand Duos are the battery and display.
Coming to the price points, the A116 Canvas HD is being offered at Rs. 14K as opposed to an expensive Galaxy Grand Duos at Rs. 19K. The former is a power performer in a budget, while the latter banks upon the Samsung branding. Both devices are good performers in their own sense.
So if you're a budget conscious user looking for high-end specs in a device, the A116 Canvas HD is the best choice for now. But if you're willing to forego battery life and display, not to forget spending close to 5-6 grand more, then you could consider the Samsung Galaxy Grand Duos.
