No More Queue for BBM on Android and iOS

For those who were agitated by the BBM queue on Android and iOS can now get a sigh of relief as there is no more queuing in place. I got a mail from BlackBerry which says “There’s no more line-up for BBM! Open up BBM, and get the conversations started.”
Mail is as below:

The line-up to use BBM™ is gone. Now you can invite your friends to join you on BBM right away. Tell your friends about BBM and then invite them to your BBM contact list.

2. Follow the directions on the screen to invite your friends to BBM. Invitations can be sent by PIN, Email or SMS (phone number).
3. If they don’t already have BBM, they can download it from your invitation.

There is no more waiting to install and to start using BBM now. Though queuing was the most reported complaint against the BBM on iOS and Android, but it still was the number one app on iOS and removing it certainly boost up the number of downloads.

Well, looking at the number of downloads both on Android and iOS, it seems that BBM is doing pretty well, but that would be a battle won against WhatsApp, not against Apple and Samsung.
